Claroview was founded by Mark, who brings over 25 years of IT and business experience, from building custom systems to governing large-scale software deliveries. He has seen what drives project success and what leads to failure.
An engineer at heart, Mark builds tools and delivers services that help executives and teams achieve more with less effort. He is convinced, and continues to prove, that major efficiency gains are achievable in software delivery.
Mark has embraced Agentic Software Engineering, leveraging AI agents to change how complex systems are designed, developed and maintained, and works to shape and govern this new practice at scale.
Mark lives north of Copenhagen with his wife, three children and their dog.

Dr. Sieuwert van Otterloo

Sieuwert van Otterloo CIPP/E studied mathematics and cognitive artificial intelligence and holds a PhD in computer science. After his doctorate he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
From 2009 to 2013 he worked at Software Improvement Group, where he set up and led the consulting group. Since 2013 he has been an independent IT expert and the co-founder of ICT Institute, a specialised ICT consultancy in the centre of the Netherlands.
